I’m excited to share that I will be delivering Microsoft Teams session in-person at Commsverse – Microsoft Teams Conference 2021 happening on 15-16 Sept 2021. Even more so after pandemic, looking forward to meeting and being part of community!

Collab Day – 15th Sept
Collab Day is all about working better in Teams with your team. This day will focus on sessions that cover Team based Collaboraton, Improving Productivity and empowering organisations to streamline processes with automation.

Config Day – 16th Sept
Config Day is all about deploying and managing Teams and wrap around services. This day will focus on the how to deployment of Teams services like Direct Routing, Meeting Rooms, Contact Centre, Migrations etc. as well as the management of these.
