Speaking at Aarhus 25 Conference #Boye25

I am looking forward to being in Aarhus, Denmark next week for Aarhus 25 conference (4-6 November 2025), where I will be leading the M365 track of sessions, leading conversations and discussions together with delivering my own session on best practises for Microsoft 365 tenant to tenant migrations. Thanks to Janus Boye for running this flagship conference for many years and offering me the opportunity to contribute!

This will be my 3rd time and what I like about this conference is that there’s more room and time for conversations and discussions in between and not all the sessions are crammed up to fit the agenda, which makes the learnings and gaining insights more valuable than the traditional conferences where we have sessions after sessions!

The conference will start with an opening keynote from Jasmin Guthmann with the timely title of “When Your AI Strategy Hits the Wall”. I will lead the conversation on the M365 track as a trusted guide for organisations trying to make collaboration, governance, and Copilot adoption work in real life. I will then be joined by Morten Christensen from KVIK, who brings hard-won lessons from the frontline of digital teamwork, and Jim Ongena from Belgium, known for turning complex SharePoint and M365 challenges into simple, human-friendly solutions.

My session is part of Microsoft 365 track on the topic of best practice Microsoft 365 service load migrations that focuses on my recent project with real scenario examples.
Session Title: Best Practices: Microsoft 365 Tenant-To-Tenant Migration on 6th Nov 2025 at 15:15-16:00 Danish time.

Session Description: Executing a successful Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration is challenging when multiple project workstreams are involved and the two tenants have different configurations or use different technologies.

In this technical session, we explore strategies and best practices for navigating the complexities of tenant-to-tenant migrations and help you gain valuable insights and skills from real world experiences!

Key session takeaways:
– Learn what Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview workloads you should be considering
– Practical approaches of “what good looks like” for successful project workstreams
– Get answers to your questions about merger, acquisition and divestment of Microsoft 365 content and data

The conference is held over three days with so many tracks with quality content and speakers from end user organisations sharing their stories and discussions in a very open format and engaging experiences. Following tracks included:
