Speaking at SharePoint Saturday London 2016 #SPSLondon #spsevents #spslondon16

This weekend I will be delivering two sessions (Power BI session & SharePoint Upgrade and Migration session) at the 2nd SharePoint Saturday London event in Imperial College (University of London) on 09 July 2016. Its my pleasure to contribute and catching up with SharePoint enthusiasts and training along the way by attending other sessions! I want to thank the organisers and sponsors for bringing this event and the volunteers – well done folks!

This year there are 4 session tracks (Business, End User, Developer, IT Pro) and some sessions will be delivered by well-known speakers.

My session topics are:

1. Bringing your data to life using Power BI
Power BI has evolved rapidly with cool features enabling business user to visualise data and using self-service business intelligence tools and capabilities through Office and dashboard designer. This demo rich session will focus on building a business focused data visualisation information and reporting.

2. SharePoint Upgrade or Migration, or is it both?
Most organisations use the terms SharePoint upgrade and migration interchangeably, but there are major differences that can have impact on project cost, effort required and skills on the desired outcome. This session aims to solve those hidden costs and differences by discussing the benefits and drawbacks for both upgrade and migration approaches.

For those who have never visited SharePoint Saturday event before, SharePoint Saturday Events ( are FREE one-day events held in different cities around the world, featuring sessions from influential and respected SharePoint professionals for End Users, Power Users, Project Managers, Business Analysts and many more. So what are you waiting for? Get registering and hope to see you on 9th July!
