Presenting at Microsoft 365 Virtual Marathon 2021 #M365VM

I’m looking forward to and excited to present a session at Microsoft 365 Virtual Marathon 2021 community event happening online – I’m really honoured and my thanks to Microsoft 365 Virtual Marathon Organising Committee (Joel Oleson, Ryan Schouten, Galen Keene, Sharon Weaver, Jeff Willinger) for bringing this event for 2nd time and selecting my session. The M365 Virtual Marathon begins April 26, 2021, at 09:00 PDT and is 60-hours, ending on April 28, 2021, at 09:00 PDT. This year there are over 280 sessions from over 250 speakers coming from Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The event has sessions presented in seven languages, including French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic, and English.

Session Title: Working with Security and Compliance in Microsoft Teams
Session Description: Did you know there are about 25 key security and privacy features in Microsoft Teams to keep your organisation secure and compliant? We will cover what these features are as overview and deep dive with some of them so you can apply it to your Microsoft Teams environment and related workloads such as SharePoint.
Session date and time: Tue 27 Apr 2021 @ 12PM BST (4AM PDT).

The M365 Virtual Marathon also features sessions covering new technologies, such as Microsoft Viva, providing a deeper dive, building on the product announcements at Microsoft Ignite. Keynotes include Jeff Teper (Corporate Vice President Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive (and Viva)), Karuana Gatimu Director Microsoft Teams, Heather Newman, Power Platform Principal PM Power Platform Engineering Community, and Laurie Pottmeyer, Microsoft Teams Community.

The Microsoft 365 Virtual Marathon will offer Community Zones in Virtual Reality and Teams meetings. The virtual reality community will be hosted in AltspaceVR, offering virtual reality interaction along with a 2D non-VR mode.
