Whilst working at Harrow Council Chirag has utilised his skills and knowledge to complete a review of the platform, indicating areas of concern and actions required. The findings of this audit were confirmed by a 3rd party, ratifying all areas highlighted.
In addition to reviews and design of system parts, Chirag has created Governance documents and guidance notes.
